Our charming, catered chalet Bivouac is a traditional Savoyarde-style chalet, located directly in the picturesque old village in the centre of Val d’Isere, France, 40m from the piste.
Chalet Bivouac is set over 3 floors and has 5 good-sized twin/double ensuite bedrooms sleeping from 10-15 people (13 adults max). 3 of the bedrooms have mezzanines that can accommodate up to an additional 5 people in total, perfect for families with young children.
To the rear of the chalet, guests can indulge in ultimate relaxation during their ski holiday in the outdoor sauna and luxurious hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes with a glass of fizz in hand.
Guests can enjoy the cosy ambience of the living room, where pre-dinner canapes are served in front of the crackling fire, creating the perfect atmosphere for socialising and relaxation.
Chalet Bivouac is conveniently located just 40 meters from the piste, offering easy access to the ski lifts and ski school.
Benefit from a prime resort center location, placing you within easy reach of Val d'Isere's restaurants, shops, and bars.
Note: Chalet Bivouac operates on a sole-occupancy basis. This means you'll have the entire space to yourselves with no sharing with strangers, ensuring a private and personalised experience.

In our catered chalets, we really do pride ourselves on the quality of our food and catering. We love food. We are all very much foodies here at Buildmyskitrip.com. That is why our entire ethos for the chalets is based upon the idea of a GENEROUS and INDULGENT menu, with freshly prepared, devilishly moreish, great food (and drink of course). Everything is cooked fresh in the chalets every day, by your very own dedicated and friendly chalet team.
To us, it is quite simple. We want our customers to be excited at the thought of coming back to the chalet each day. Eagerly looking forward to a sumptuous, yummy cake by the fire, delectable wine that makes it completely acceptable to drink 7 nights in a row (you are on holiday after all) and most importantly, a mouth-watering, generous and indulgent meal that is hopefully one of those meals where you think “wow, I can’t stop putting this in my mouth”. A GREAT catered chalet is BOTH great accommodation AND great food.
