Our 115-hectare family estate, in the Minervois region of the Languedoc, is nestled against the” Balcons de l’Aude”, a stone’s throw from the medieval town of Carcassonne. This terroir, rich in limestone and clay, benefits from a Mediterranean climate, which is ideal for winegrowing. It also benefits from the particularity of the influence of two very different winds, the “Cers”, a cool wind coming from the Atlantic and the “Marin”, a warm wind coming from the Mediterranean. This double climate makes it possible for us to produce fresh and elegant white wines and rich and fruity red wines.

Les Baux de Provence, France
This year, we are very excited to offer an exclusive upgrade wine package to our customers in collaboration with a beautiful vineyard in Les Baux de Provence, called Domaine Milan. This 30 hectare Domaine grows 25 grape varieties (all by hand) and produces 15 stunning wines that are all entirely natural and organic. Every bottle offers something completely unique, exemplified fully by the eclectic, quirky and vibrant designs you will find on each and every bottle.
We stumbled across this vineyard by complete chance in early 2024, after ordering one of their bottles in a local restaurant. The bottle (a gorgeous white wine called La Carrée) was like nothing we had tried before and upon learning that the wine was from a local producer, we decided to visit the vineyard the very next day. One visit and 15 wine samples later, we immediately decided that we had to share these wines and experience with our customers. We hope you enjoy!
Grape - Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Savagnin, Chenin Blanc
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
A blend of Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Savagnin, Chenin Blanc planted in blue clay. This wine is direct pressed & fermented in concrete tanks and then bottled for Spring the following year. The plot of this cuvée was regenerated for about 10 years before being replanted with vegetables, cereals & livestock. The parcel is full of energy & nitrogen, which gives this wine a huge amount of character in addition to its varied blend of grapes.
The wine is bright with ripe tropical fruit, very fresh, aromatic & juicy, balanced by a mineral driven finish that is attributed to the blue clay soil.
Grape - Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Muscat

A blend of two plots of blue cay, this wine comprises of 5 grapes: Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Muscat. All the grapes are direct pressed & co-fermented in concrete tanks. This vintage is unique to others, as it was one of the best in the past ten years, due to hot days & cool nights throughout the summer. This vintage is aged for 5 years before being bottled. 2 yrs in neutral oak & 3 years in concrete tanks.
The wine is rich, full bodied with ripe tropical fruits, grilled pineapple, stewed granny smith apples and yellow stone fruits.
Grape - Roussanne
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
Our absolute favourite of the white wines. La Carré comprises 100% of Roussanne grapes and is planted in a blue clay plot of the vineyard. The wine is a very aromatic & rich varietal that shows an element of freshness / mineral backbone to balance the ripe tropical fruit (think grilled pineapple) notes you find in the wine. Direct pressed & aged in a mix of neutral & new oak for 1 year. Very well balanced & one of the best vintages in the past ten years, due to the hot, sunny days & cool nights that year.
Grape - Grenache Noir, Syrah & Mouvedre
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
This wine is a blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah & Mouvedre that undergoes carbonic maceration for 1 week. Everything is macerated whole cluster for 1 week before being pressed. All vinification occurs in concrete tanks. The grapes are grown in soil that consists of sand & limestone. The wine is fresh with a juicy & zippy nature, expressing a mix of red & black ripe fruits. A red wine that is medium in body and easily chillable & very easy to drink!
Grape - Grenache Noir, Syrah, Nieluccio
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
A blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah and Nieluccio planted in a plot that sits on a plateau of sand, limestone, galet & blue clay at the base. All the grapes are co-macerated whole cluster for 5 days in concrete tanks before being pressed. Vallon means valley, as the vines sit in a small valley at the foothills of Les Alpilles. This is a very elegant style of wine, that falls in the medium body category. Ripe red fruit with hints of black tea on the nose, and on the palette there is a zippy dry finish with a bright tannin structure. A wine that is herbal with the aromatics of garrigue which is the vegetation that Les Alpilles is saturated with.
Grape - Grenache Noir, Syrah, Nielluccio

Grape - Pinot Noir
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
Pinot Noir grown in blue clay, initially the vines were Syrah but after 12 years we grafted Pinot Noir to the root stock of the Syrah as it was a much better suited varietal for the soil type. We call this cuvée, Le Premier because it’s always the first varietal that we pick for harvest. The grapes are macerated whole cluster in concrete for 5 days & then pressed. They are then transferred to 500 liter oak barrels (mix of neutral & new) to age for 1 year. Notes of ripe red & blue fruits, baking spice with a medium plus texture on the palette, soft velvety tannins & a very smooth finish.
Grape - Grenache Noir
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
100% Grenache Noir, that is macerated whole cluster on the skins for 1 week before being pressed. After fermentation in concrete tanks, the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels for 1 year. This is a fantastic vintage of this cuvée as the wine is very elegant, with a balance of structure to add depth. Notes of black tea, leather & orange rind.
Grape - Grenache and Syrah
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
A blend of Grenache and Syrah grown in soil that is a high density of sand & limestone. Co-fermented whole cluster in concrete tanks. Aged in neutral oak for 1 year. The difference with this wine is the soil - you can really taste the energy from the sand & limestone mix. Notes of brambly red fruits mixed with black tea & garrigue. A wine that has character, with tannins that pull, but are not heavy on the palate or body. Medium plus in body.
Grape - Merlot
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
100% Merlot grown in blue clay, the idea is that this clay is the same soil type that you can find in the right bank of Bordeaux (St Emilion & Pomerol). The Merlot is macerated on the skins whole cluster for 5 days in concrete tanks, pressed & soon after transferred to new oak barrels where the wine will age for 1 year. 2016 is a fantastic vintage, the wine is very well balanced with ripe fruit (think chocolate covered cherries), tannins, acidity & elegance.
Grape - Grenanche Noir, Syrah and Cinsault
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
A blend of Grenanche Noir, Syrah and Cinsault planted in soil with sand & limestone, direct pressed & fermented in concrete tanks and then bottled for Spring the following year. These red grapes are great with our mediterranean microclimate in the mix of sand & limestone. The rosé is unfiltered as are all of our wines, giving the rosé it’s character & color. The rich color of the wine mostly comes from the Syrah grapes. Haru rosé is very floral on the nose, but a rich, bright, racy dry style on the palette.
Grape - Grenache Noir & Syrah
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
A blend of Grenache Noir & Syrah that was direct pressed and fermented in a neutral foudre, as well as aged for 2 years before bottling. The wine is very gastronomic, with a silky texture and long finish. Notes of strawberry & cream.
Grape - Chardonnay, Macabeu, Grenache Gris, Chenin Blanc, Savagnin
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
A blend of Chardonnay, Macabeu, Grenache Gris, Chenin Blanc and Savagnin that is planted in blue clay, a young plot that was regenerated for 8 years (we planted salads, cereals, vegetables & had livestock graze the area) before replanting the vines in early 2020. These 5 grapes are macerated on the skins for 1 month & aged in an anfora for 1 year. The wine is bright with notes of orange marmalade and smokey notes of clove.
Grape - Grenache Blanc, Vermentino & Chardonnay
Region - Les Baux de Provence, France Alcohol - 12%
Maceration of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino & Chardonnay for 3 weeks, on the skins with the stems. Everything is fermented in concrete tanks. Bottling happens after a year or so when the wine is ready. Within the same style of the domaine, the wine is never filtered & has a low dose of sulfur if any. The wine is fruity & dry with notes of peach iced tea. Our first vintage was 2016, inspired by many of the great macerations out there, like Radikon, although ours is much softer & approachable.
